Some diabetics complain that they can’t do shopping as usually and that they spend more time and energy to find proper products for their diet.
Well, it all seams like nothing more than caprices. Correctly chosen diabetic diet can’t have any serious disadvantages. It’s nonsense. These diets help control blood sugar level and weight and have normal way of life.
